Wakayama Works
We have a long press brake (600 tons × 7 m) and a high-output, large-scale laser cutting machine (6 kW × large table of 3,150 × 14,000 mm in size) at Wakayama Works. Therefore, we can perform press processing, including the cutting and bending of steel plates, with high quality and at a low cost to meet customer needs. For the bending process, which has a high degree of difficulty, we consider challenging trial production first and do our best to meet customer requests.
Manufacturing Technology
■ We make full use of the long press brake (600 tons × 7 m) and a high-output, large-scale laser cutting machine (6 kW × large table of 3,150 × 14,000 mm in size) to handle cutting and bending.
■ We perform computer-aided design (CAD) development and trial production in-house, as well.
■ We respond to requests for cutting and bending steel plates in combination with machining or welding as a set.
We offer trial production if you are having trouble with the shape or accuracy of cutting and bending steel plates.
We welcome requests for multi-product, low-volume production, so please feel free to contact us.

Laser cutting machine (4 kW) × 1set
The laser cutting machine can cut hundreds of small, palm-sized parts in a single day.
１．Cuttable thickness: 0.03 to 6.0 mm (carbon steel and stainless steel)
２．Table size: 1,524 × 3,048 mm
Bending Equipment
Long press brake (600 tons)
Circular molding (round processing) is also possible.
(Example of possible plate thickness)
7,000 mm can be bent up to 12 mm thick
4,000 mm can be bent up to 16 mm thick
Furthermore, a press brake (220 tons), with a length of 3,250 mm is available.
